You just took over the management of the hotel. You already made a lot of decisions on a name, strategy, target groups etc.
In your entrepreneurship assignment 1.0, you have to take many decisions on the strategy of your hotel. Now, in this assignment 2.0, you are going to formulate a response to the outbreak of the Covid19 virus (from here: “Corona”), that has turned the world into a different place. What special measures does the hospitality world take? How will your hotel accommodate to the new situation?
In this part you are going to visualize a few of these things. Especially the logo, your management team picture and slogan.

Check internet and other sources for best practices, examples from the industry and maybe also outside the hospitality field. Based on your investigation, design a policy that best suits your hotel and create an instructional memo for all employees in the hotel, explaining the consequences of the policy.

The Corona Era

In your entrepreneurship assignment 1.0, you have to take many decisions on the strategy of your hotel.
